LeanDreams is a telehealth company that provides a comprehensive weight loss program dedicated to making the process easy and excellent to navigate from a customer standpoint. As a startup, we are continually improving our processes to ensure the best experience for our clients.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role will involve daily follow-ups with both new and previous leads via phone, email, or online meetings, ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily follow-ups with new and existing leads through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.

  • Execute online sales calls and meetings with prospects to present our weight loss program and answer any questions.

  • Create and maintain sales reports in Salesforce to track performance and progress.

  • Generate lead reports in Salesforce to evaluate outreach efforts and lead engagement.

  • Check daily emails and CRM to address customer inquiries promptly.

  • Respond to patient needs, providing information and assistance as required.

  • Communicate with healthcare providers regarding scheduling follow-up appointments and sharing tracking numbers for medications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving processes.

  • A passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).

  • Understanding of the sales funnel process.

  • Preferred experience with Squarespace or a willingness to learn basic skills for exporting information to Salesforce.

  • Fixed salary plus commission after the probation period.

  • Due to the nature of the sales position, the salary includes an additional money per month to cover phone and data costs
