Job Summary:
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role will involve daily follow-ups with new and previous leads via phone, email, or online meetings, ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily follow-ups with new and existing leads through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
Execute online sales calls and meetings with prospects to present our weight loss program and answer any questions.
Create and maintain sales reports in Salesforce to track performance and progress.
Generate lead reports in Salesforce to evaluate outreach efforts and lead engagement.
Check daily emails and CRM to address customer inquiries promptly.
Respond to patient needs, providing information and assistance as required.
Communicate with healthcare providers regarding scheduling follow-up appointments
Qualifications:
A passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving processes.
Previous experience in sales as a setter and/or closer is required.
Understanding of the sales funnel process and various sales strategies is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required.
Willingness to look for organic leads online, social media, etc… is preferred.
Experience with Squarespace or willingness to learn is preferred.
Availability on occasional weekends is preferred.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
