Job Summary:
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role will involve daily follow-ups with new and previous leads via phone, email, or online meetings, ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily follow-ups with new and existing leads through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.

  • Execute online sales calls and meetings with prospects to present our weight loss program and answer any questions.

  • Create and maintain sales reports in Salesforce to track performance and progress.

  • Generate lead reports in Salesforce to evaluate outreach efforts and lead engagement.

  • Check daily emails and CRM to address customer inquiries promptly.

  • Respond to patient needs, providing information and assistance as required.

  • Communicate with healthcare providers regarding scheduling follow-up appointments

Qualifications:

  • A passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving processes.

  • Previous experience in sales as a setter and/or closer is required.

  • Understanding of the sales funnel process and various sales strategies is required.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required.

  • Willingness to look for organic leads online, social media, etc… is preferred.

  • Experience with Squarespace or willingness to learn is preferred.

  • Availability on occasional weekends is preferred.

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
